How we size an enquiry
Sq ft, clear height, and what goes on the floor.
Industrial and warehouse enquiries are sized in built-up area in sq ft, clear height in metres and, for warehouse operators, pallet positions. The largest single building in the portfolio is the 1,60,000 sq ft Agro Allied complex at Keshwana, Alwar: a G+4 RCC block at 25 m height, a 1,00,000 sq ft warehouse with mezzanine, utility buildings, STP and ETP, roads and drains. The tallest clear height the profile records is 5.5 m, at the Hero MotoCorp FA Dol building at Neemrana.
