Turnkey is a sequence, not a slogan: site and feasibility, scope and indicative cost band, design and drawings, construction with one site team for civil and services, testing and commissioning, and operation if the client wants it. The company profile records design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of machinery on five contracts, and operation and maintenance on two.

The profile records the structure type on 13 buildings: 10 RCC and 3 PEB. The RCC work runs from G+1 plant buildings to the G+4 block at Keshwana at 25 m height, part of a 1,60,000 sq ft complex, and the 90,000 sq ft FA Dol building at Neemrana with its 5.5 m clear height and long-span bays. The PEB work includes two buildings with civil and interiors for TVS Mobility at Faridabad and an industrial building for Agro Allied at Kotputli.

Foundations follow the ground: the 5,500 m long boundary wall on pile foundation at Halol, and the Shankar Moulding manufacturing area and boundary wall at Dekevada on pile foundation to plinth. Structural strengthening of an existing building, at the old CFL building at Neemrana, and a 1,00,000 sq ft first floor added to a building in use.

Kiran Pal, a founding partner, is an electrical engineer practising since 1994. Electrical work appears on 9 projects: the CA stores at Lassipora, Rangreth, Rai, Thane and Kumarsain, the bulk services of the SSB campus at Maujpur, the NBCC intern hostel at Juan and a farm house at Bilaspur. PHE on 6: the SIYAT warehouse, the Maujpur campus, the Minda Owari plant, the NBCC hostel and residential work.

Fabrication and structural steel: the ZLD building and weld shop at Hero MotoCorp Haridwar, and the structural steel of the 1,00,000 sq ft first floor at Neemrana.

Insulation and refrigeration appear together on 6 cold chain projects, alongside civil and electrical: both 5,000 MT CA stores, the 1,25,000 sq ft CONCOR store at Rai, the FIL Industries and Fruit Master Agro stores in Kashmir and the Shiva Agri Fresh cold store at Kumarsain. Insulated panel envelopes, vapour barriers, doors and penetrations are built by the same team that installs the plant, which is the only arrangement in which a leak belongs to somebody.

The firm operates and maintains the refrigeration racks, chiller plants, nitrogen plant and CO2 scrubbers of a 12,000 MT CA facility for FHEL at Rai, and holds annual maintenance contracts for HPMC's CA stores at four locations.

Plant and warehouse floors are poured to take the racking loads and the forklift traffic the operator specifies, with laser screed available for large flat slabs. Cold chamber floors are insulated, and heated below where any chamber will run below zero, before the slab goes down. The floor is the one element of a cold store that cannot be corrected without emptying it, so it is designed with the chamber plan, not after it.

Pawan Kumar, civil engineer, and Kiran Pal, electrical engineer, have practised since 1994 and founded the firm in 1996. The company profile names 35 technical staff, 26 of them with a stated engineering qualification. Site teams are led by the firm's own engineers; the roster is available to tender evaluators on request.
