The story
The pairing of a civil engineer and an electrical engineer is the origin of everything the firm does. A plant building is a structure with services in it; a CA store is a structure with a sealed, refrigerated box in it. From the first contracts the firm priced and built both the building and the services around it, and it still does.
The industrial work came first and is still the larger part: 49 plant buildings, warehouses, campuses and infrastructure contracts, 8 of them for Hero MotoCorp and 7 for the UNO Minda group. The cold chain work is the rarer asset: 17 engagements across 7 states, CA stores to 5,000 MT built as civil, insulation, electrical and refrigeration on one contract, and the operation and maintenance of a 12,000 MT CA facility for a unit of CONCOR.
The two businesses live in different geographies. The industrial work sits on the OEM corridors of Rajasthan, Haryana and Gujarat. The cold chain work sits in the apple belts of Kashmir and Himachal, the horticulture districts of Punjab, Uttarakhand and UP, and at Thane. Rajasthan and Gujarat have no cold chain project; Himachal and Kashmir have no plant building. One firm, proved in both.
