100,000 sq ft first floor including RCC structure, finishing, structural steel and development works at SP 181 and 191(A), RIICO Phase-II.

At SP 181 and 191(A), RIICO Industrial Area Phase-II, Neemrana, SAI BA built a 1,00,000 sq ft first floor for Minda Infrastructure LLP. The scope covered the RCC structure, finishing, structural steel and the associated development works. The end user of the building is Havells India Ltd.

On the same estate the firm also carried out civil work to strengthen the structure of the old CFL building for the same client and end user.

The UNO Minda group accounts for seven engagements in the portfolio, in Rajasthan and Gujarat, including the Minda Kosei Aluminium Wheel expansion at Dekawada, an industrial building with RCC tank, road and boundary wall at GIDC Bhagapura, and the Siegwerk India project at Khushkhera now under construction.
