Plant buildings for OEMs who come back.

Re-procurement is the evidence. Hero MotoCorp has engaged SAI BA at Neemrana, Kukas, Haridwar and Ranipur for plant buildings, utility buildings, sheds and a weld shop expansion, and at Halol and Tirupati for boundary wall and drainage: 8 projects in four states. The UNO Minda group has engaged the firm 7 times, at Neemrana, Dekawada, Bhagapura, Khushkhera and the Owari plant, with Havells, Minda Industries, Shankar Moulding and Siegwerk as end users. An OEM plant head does not re-tender to a contractor who missed a handover.

What the buildings are

RCC frames where the loads and heights demand them: the 90,000 sq ft FA Dol building at Neemrana with a 5.5 m clear height and long-span bays; the G+4 RCC block at Keshwana at 25 m height, part of a 1,60,000 sq ft complex with a 1,00,000 sq ft mezzanine warehouse, utility buildings, STP, ETP, roads and drains; and the 1,00,000 sq ft first floor at RIICO Phase-II Neemrana, RCC with structural steel and finishing.

Pre-engineered steel where speed and span matter: two PEB buildings with civil and interior works for TVS Mobility at Faridabad, and a PEB industrial building for Agro Allied at Kotputli. Utility and process buildings: the utility building at Hero MotoCorp's IRDC at Kukas, the ZLD building and weld shop at Haridwar with civil and fabrication, and the New Product Test Facility at JTEKT Plant-03, Gurugram. Foundations on difficult ground: the Shankar Moulding manufacturing area and boundary wall at Dekevada on pile foundation.

Japanese-linked plants

Three of the plants are Japanese-owned or joint ventures: JTEKT India, Tachi-S and Minda Kosei Aluminium Wheel. Their site standards are documented, audited and unforgiving of a contractor who improvises. That work sits in the same portfolio as the rest.
