Schools, hostels and campus buildings, G+1 to G+4.

The 60,000 sq ft G+4 boys' hostel block for GITM at Kherakhurampur, Farrukhnagar, is the largest. Two 50,000 sq ft G+3 school buildings, for Global Senior Secondary School at Tikli and ACME International School on Indri Road, Sohna. For NBCC, the civil, PHE and electrical work for a 7,000 sq ft G+1 intern hostel at the RHTC in village Juan, Sonipat.

At Raman Munjal Vidya Mandir, the Hero group school at Sidhrawli, Dharuhera, the firm added a second floor of about 25,000 sq ft and renovated the ground and first floors beneath it: an addition on a building already in use.

How we size the enquiry

Built-up area in sq ft, number of floors, occupancy, and whether the building is a new block on a working campus. The same RCC crews build these blocks as build the OEM plant buildings.
