Warehouse, 12.5 acres

For SIYAT Group at Bilaspur, on the Gurugram side of the Delhi-Jaipur corridor, SAI BA built a 25,000 sq m covered warehouse on a 12.5-acre site. The scope was civil and PHE work together with the external development.

It is the largest warehouse in the portfolio by covered area. The firm's other warehousing work includes two sites for Transport Corporation of India at Tajnagar and Neemrana EPIP, three for OM Logistics at Sisana, Jamalpur and Nilothi, and a 40,000 sq ft warehouse for ASV Electronics at Ecotech-1, Greater Noida.
