For NBCC, the external development works and bulk services for the residential and non-residential buildings, battalion and sector headquarters of the Sashastra Seema Bal at Maujpur, Laxmangarh, Alwar: civil, external development, PHE and electrical. The company profile records the campus at 1,000 acres.

For Hero MotoCorp, a 5,500 m boundary wall on pile foundation at Halol, Vadodara; the external drainage system at the Tirupati plant; and drainage and waterproofing at the CIT at Kukas. For JTEKT India, the boundary wall and allied work at Jalisana, Mehsana.

External development inside other contracts

External development appears in 12 projects across the portfolio: the roads, drains, STP and ETP at the Agro Allied complex at Keshwana; the roads, boundary and underground water tanks of a 65-acre farm house development for Interact Consultant; the yards and roads at the SIYAT, TCI Tajnagar and OM Logistics Sisana warehouses; and the site works at the CONCOR Rai and FIL Industries cold chain projects.
