At Hero MotoCorp's Neemrana plant in Alwar, Rajasthan, SAI BA built the FA Dol building: a 90,000 sq ft RCC structure, ground plus one, with a 5.5 m clear height and long-span framing.

It is one of eight Hero MotoCorp projects in the portfolio, across Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh: the utility building at the IRDC facility at Kukas, sheds 1 and 2 at Neemrana, the ZLD building and weld shop at Haridwar, the weld shop expansion at Ranipur, the 5,500 m boundary wall on pile foundation at Halol, drainage and waterproofing at Kukas, and the external drainage system at Tirupati. A Hero group school at Dharuhera makes nine engagements with the group.
