A 1,25,000 sq ft controlled atmosphere store with a grading and packing hall at HSIIDC Rai, Sonipat, Haryana, for CONCOR. The scope ran across civil, insulation, electrical and refrigeration, together with the external development: roads, drains and site services.
Rai is also where SAI BA holds the operation and maintenance contract for a 12,000 MT agri logistics centre for FHEL, a unit of CONCOR. Building for a PSU and then running a PSU facility on the same campus is the clearest evidence the firm has that its cold chain work is judged by an owner who audits it.
