What the work involves
- Approve materials on site and witness the tests: concrete cubes, reinforcement, compaction, waterproofing and insulated panels.
- Keep the inspection and test plan for each activity, with the checklist signed before a pour or a cladding run starts.
- Raise non-conformances, agree the correction with the site engineer and close them with records.
- Maintain the test registers and the handover file the client's quality team audits.
- Join the client's and the consultant's quality staff on joint inspections.
What we look for
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3 to 7 years of quality control on building or industrial projects.
- Reads structural drawings and specifications; knows the IS codes for concrete and steel work.
- Willing to be posted on sites across NCR.
