Suroop Fresh Pvt Ltd commissioned a 5,000 MT controlled atmosphere store at Village Lahe, Shahapur, in Thane district, Maharashtra. SAI BA delivered the building, the insulated envelope, the electrical installation and the refrigeration plant as a single turnkey scope — the four trades a CA store has to get right together, because the joint that has to hold gas is where they meet.
It is the only project in the portfolio in Maharashtra. The other 5,000 MT CA store is for Valley Fresh at SIDCO Lassipora, Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir: two stores of the same capacity and the same turnkey scope, at opposite ends of the country.
The completion year and the chamber count are not recorded in the company profile and are being confirmed with the client.
